We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper / admin assistant with experience with Sage 50 and working on an iMac
- Experience with payroll, GST and WCB
- Good Communication skills with Outlook and phone calls
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Able to focus in a busy environment
- Able to prioritize duties with good attention to detail
- Reconciling bank statements, government remittances would be an asset
- Familiarity with BC Forest Safety and WorkSafeBC would be an asset

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing invoices
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll
- Preparing cheques and payments
- Reconciling visa statement
- Assisting in contract forms and work timelines
