Requirements

- Driver’s licence required.
- Strong "jack of all trades" skills and comfortable and adept with painting and repairing equipment, and household property
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Clear driving record
- Clear criminal background check

Duties and Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Assist in ensuring site risk liability is top of mind and correct immediately any risks found on site
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
- Available for Saturday shifts
- Provide excellent customer service
