Requirements |
| - Driver’s licence and vehicle required. - Servers/Bartenders/Shift Leaders must have current Serving It Right - Must be 19+ years of age - Working knowledge of Squirrel and Moneris POS - Friendly, organized, proactive, able to spot and resolve problems efficiently - Guest-oriented and service-minded - Prior experience preferred, mentoring and training will be provided - Culinary school education is considered an asset |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Deliver excellent levels of internal and external customer service - Greet guests and assist with all aspects of food & beverage service - Attentive, motivated, respectful and pleasant - Able to manage a busy section and room - Accurate POS, payments, cash-out and follow standards and procedures - Food & beverage product knowledge - Manage team and schedules, ordering, resolve issues - Room and table maintenance, server support - Strong listening and communication skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure - Teamwork, pride and ownership in the workplace - Comply with policies and all health and safety regulations and procedures - Punctual, opening/closing duties - Appropriate dress code, good personal hygiene |
