Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire construction process, from planning and organizing to coordinating and executing.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including company office, architects, engineers, subcontractors.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to site team and security, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, progress, and expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ensure construction activities comply with building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
- Address any issues or concerns related to quality or safety promptly and effectively.
- Monitor project budgets, including materials, labor, and equipment costs, report daily.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives without compromising quality.
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates on project costs to the project manager or stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including weekly reports, site records, and change orders.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise during construction.
