Requirements |
- Driver’s licence and vehicle required. - High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent - Two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management preferred, or equivalent experience an asset - Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management - Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team - Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques - Able to communicate effectively and quickly, both verbally and in writing - A level of competence with Hotel software, Microsoft office, email and web-based programs |
Duties and Responsibilities |
- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required - Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel - Processes bills, collects payment from guests - Count and verify cash, shift activity, keys etc. - Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties - Attention to detail and as a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions - Manage all mail, including courier services, and other correspondence - Must be able to multi-task and perform other duties as required - Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets - Drivers License and vehicle an asset - Other duties as assigned to support Lund Resort operations |
