- Driver’s licence required.
- Reception/Administrative assistant position is responsible for maintaining the front end reception and administrative duties on a permanent part-time/seasonally full-time (February thru April, October and November) on a year round basis
- This position co-ordinates the inflow and outflow of all documentation and the ability to work in a seasonally busy, multi-tasking environment is essential
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities

- Booking appointments for partners and managers
- Greeting clients and co-ordinating incoming client documentation
- Answering phone calls, forwarding messages and faxes accordingly
- Filing for personal and corporate working paper files
- Mail processing, including couriers, date sensitive Canada Post pouches to CRA
- Accepting front desk payments by credit cards, interact, cheques and cash
- Co-ordinating office supply inventory ordering and re-ordering levels
- Preparation of year end checklist and engagement letters
- Collating completed corporate working papers, tax returns, financial statement packages, not for profit and charity returns
