Duties and Responsibilities |
Summary - As a member of the Finance Team, the payroll administrator is responsible for payroll and providing bookkeeping assistance to the Lift Finance and Administration Manager Diversity - Lift Community Services works with a diverse group of people and we need a staff that reflects that diversity. Duties and Responsibilities - Enter new employees in payroll system and maintain payroll records - Ensure time sheets are available to all staff - Review of online time sheets - Run both staff and client payrolls using Sage 50 - Schedule EFT payroll payments - Ensure all staff payroll deductions are completed: RSP; LTD & Life - Payroll source deductions - Calculate and pay WCB quarterly - T4 preparation at year end - File information in accordance with Lift policy and procedures - Contract Management - Visa Reconciliations - Bank Reconciliations - Offer support to the Accounts Payable Clerk as required - Assist Finance and Administration Manager as required |

We are seeking an experienced payroll administrator with Sage 50 Payroll experience to join our growing team.
