Requirements |
- Must be able to use your local knowledge and sharpen your skills by working for the census
- Various language requirements; English, French, or bilingual English/French (varies by job location)

Duties and Responsibilities |
- Census enumerators identify dwellings on maps, conduct personal interviews and follow up with respondents, in person and by phone
- Enumerators work part time and schedules vary, with most of the work completed in the evening and on weekends
- In the current context of COVID-19, for the safety of both respondents and employees, staff will be provided with personal safety equipment and will practice physical distancing when performing census collection activities

Coverage for these positions will be in zones which include the Powell River area,
Texada Island, and rural areas between Lund and Saltery Bay.
